Job Description

This industrial distributor in Gqeberha wants someone who can open doors and keep accounts for years. It's the kind of job where doing the basics well every day gets you noticed.

This post is Gqeberha-based, with most of your time spent at an industrial distributor.

What your day looks like

Forecast monthly sales and report pipeline value each Monday.
Build quotes and proposals with correct pricing and margins.
Log every lead, meeting and deal stage in the CRM.
Negotiate contract terms, rentals and service-level agreements.
Prospect new companies by phone, LinkedIn and walk-ins in business parks.
Respond to RFQs and tenders with complete supplier packs, including B-BBEE certificates.

You'll need

Confident with Excel, Outlook and a CRM
You close deals, not just collect meetings
Resilient enough to handle long sales cycles and rejection
Valid driver's licence and your own reliable car

Extra points for

Salesforce, Zoho or HubSpot CRM experience
A technical trade or engineering background for sales engineer roles
