New Business Development Executive (Logistics) – Immediate Start

This packaging manufacturer in Sandton wants someone who can open doors and keep accounts for years. It's a practical job: you'll see what you got done before you go home.

You'll be based at a packaging manufacturer in Sandton. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps.

• Respond to RFQs and tenders with complete supplier packs, including B-BBEE certificates.
• Book and run discovery meetings with buyers and procurement managers.
• Visit key accounts monthly and check how the service is going.
• Log every lead, meeting and deal stage in the CRM.
• Attend trade shows and industry breakfasts to meet buyers.
• Forecast monthly sales and report pipeline value each Monday.

• Resilient enough to handle long sales cycles and rejection
• You close deals, not just collect meetings
• 2 or more years of business-to-business sales with a proven record
• Solid presentation and negotiation skills
• Matric plus a sales, marketing or technical qualification

• An existing network of buyers in your sector
• A technical trade or engineering background for sales engineer roles
• Tender and CSD registration experience

• Annual incentive trip for top performers
