Job Description

Trucks come in heavy and leave loaded at this container unpacking yard in Hammarsdale, and you move the stock in between. It suits someone who likes knowing exactly what a good day's work looks like.

Home base is a container unpacking yard on the Hammarsdale side of KwaZulu-Natal.

The work, day to day

Get proof-of-delivery notes signed and stamped at each drop
Stack returns and empties neatly for the next count
Guide trucks reversing into the bay with hand signals
Offload containers by hand, counting cartons as they come off
Strap and secure loads so nothing shifts in transit

You'll need

Comfortable starting from 04:00 or working late loading shifts
Willing to travel on routes that return late
Grade 9 or higher and able to read a delivery note
No criminal record

On offer
