Job Description

Tickets come in all day at this call centre campus in Lephalale, and you close them. It's the kind of job where doing the basics well every day gets you noticed.

Home base is a call centre campus on the Lephalale side of Limpopo.

What your day looks like

Write short how-to guides for common user problems
Visit branches or sites to fix issues that need hands on the machine
Connect users remotely with a remote support tool to fix issues
Escalate network and server faults to second or third line with good notes
Reset passwords and unlock accounts in Active Directory and Entra ID

What you need

Patient and friendly with non-technical users
Working knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 and Microsoft 365
Matric plus an IT qualification, such as CompTIA A+ or an IT diploma
Able to log clear, complete ticket notes
Code B driver's licence and own car for field posts
