• Capture new policies on the admin system and check debit order details.
• Call warm leads from the dialler and qualify them in the first minute.
• Read the FAIS disclosures and record client consent on every call.
• Treat clients fairly under TCF rules and never oversell.
• Save policies when clients call to cancel.

• Matric, including Maths or Maths Literacy
• FAIS fit and proper: clean credit and criminal record
• RE5 passed, or willing to write it within the first year
• Credits toward a recognised FSCA qualification, or willing to start
• You are comfortable earning a large part of your pay in commission
• Honest selling, even when the easy sale is the wrong one

• An existing client book (for field roles)
• A qualification such as a Higher Certificate in Financial Planning
• Completed class of business training for short-term or long-term insurance

• Basic salary plus uncapped commission
• Medical aid and group life cover once permanent
• CPD hours logged and funded
• RE5 exam fees and study material paid

• Show commission history with real figures from payslips; interviewers trust numbers over claims.
