• Strip damaged panels, bumpers and trims and bag the fixings
• Pull and straighten chassis damage on a measuring jig
• Cut and polish to remove dust marks and orange peel
• Fit new panels using spot welding and bonding methods
• Photograph repair stages for the insurance assessor

• Knowledge of spray booth safety and respirator use
• Able to work to insurer repair times and quality standards
• Physically able to stand, bend and kneel for long periods
• Good colour vision and a steady hand
• Panel beating or spray painting trade test, or at least 4 years of proven work
• A portfolio or references from previous body shops

• Measuring jig and electronic measuring experience
• ADAS camera and sensor recalibration after repairs

• Clean, modern booth and prep area
• Full respirator and spray suit supplied
