Parts Manager (Franchised Dealership) – Permanent

You'll be the link between customers and the workshop at the multi-brand service centre in Centurion. If you learn fast and don't mind being shown things twice, you'll settle in within a few weeks.

Home base is a multi-brand service centre on the Centurion side of Gauteng.

• Load bookings in the dealer management system
• Handle complaints calmly and find a fix with the workshop manager
• Look up part numbers in the electronic parts catalogue using the VIN
• Count stock during cycle counts and year-end stocktake
• Pick, pack and issue parts to technicians against job cards
• Open job cards and explain the work and cost before it starts

• At least 2 years as a service advisor, parts interpreter or in a similar counter role
• Accurate when capturing part numbers and prices
• Code 08 licence
• Calm and polite with customers, even when they are upset
• Matric, plus a motor industry background

• Paid brand training
• Monthly CSI bonus for customer ratings
• Company uniform

• Mention which dealer management system or parts catalogue you have used. It cuts down your training time.
