Job Description

You'll run weekly and monthly payrolls for a hospitality group in George, from clock data to bank file. You'll work with a small crew, so being easy to work with matters as much as skill.

Location: George, Western Cape. Applicants who already live in the area get looked at first.

What you'll actually do

Import clock-card data and check overtime against approved hours
Release the salary bank file for authorisation
Declare UIF on uFiling and help staff with UI-19 forms
Process garnishee orders and third-party deductions
Compile bi-annual EMP501 reconciliations and issue IRP5 certificates

You'll need

You keep salary information private under POPIA
Experience on Sage 300 People, VIP, PaySpace or SimplePay
Comfortable with Excel reconciliations
Matric plus a payroll certificate or diploma
