Job Description

This fitness franchise in Johannesburg CBD lives on online leads, and you'll keep them coming. If you like clear targets and knowing where you stand, this is for you.

You'll be based at a fitness franchise in Johannesburg CBD. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps.

The work, day to day

Track leads, sales and cost per result in GA4 and ad dashboards.
Brief photographers, printers and agencies and check proofs.
Set up and tweak Google Ads and Meta ad campaigns within budget.
Run keyword research and on-page SEO fixes on the website.
Handle opt-ins and unsubscribes so the lists stay POPIA compliant.

You'll need

A diploma or degree in marketing, communications or digital media
Comfortable juggling several deadlines in a week
A portfolio of campaigns, posts or sites you worked on
At least 2 years of hands-on social or digital marketing
Hands-on with Meta Business Suite and Google Ads

Nice if you have

Google Ads or GA4 certification
Basic video editing in CapCut or Premiere
