Job Description

This personal loans branch in Benoni pays a basic plus commission, and your pipeline sets the ceiling. Someone who likes a bit of variety, but also likes doing things the right way, will enjoy this.

Home base is a personal loans branch on the Benoni side of Gauteng. Shifts rotate, so you'll need to be flexible about days and nights.

What you'll actually do

Visit clients at home or work for field advice appointments.
Save policies when clients call to cancel.
Follow up on quotes sent and chase missing documents.
Capture new policies on the admin system and check debit order details.
Track daily sales, conversions and lapse rates on the team board.
Explain waiting periods, exclusions and premiums in plain terms.

What you need

FAIS fit and proper: clean credit and criminal record
You are comfortable earning a large part of your pay in commission
Matric, including Maths or Maths Literacy
Honest selling, even when the easy sale is the wrong one

Nice if you have

A qualification such as a Higher Certificate in Financial Planning
Your own car for field appointments
An existing client book (for field roles)
