Job Description

For a pharmacy chain in Vereeniging, fast and careful deliveries keep customers coming back. You don't need to be the loudest person in the room, just the one others can count on.

This post is Vereeniging-based, with most of your time spent at a pharmacy chain.

What you'll actually do

Deliver chronic medication to patients' homes and confirm ID
Collect spares and parts from suppliers and bring them to the workshop
Return undelivered parcels to the depot with a reason code
Fill up the vehicle and keep fuel slips for the logbook
Scan parcels on delivery and take a photo or signature

You'll need

Smartphone and comfortable using delivery apps
Clean driving record and no criminal record
Good sense of direction and map reading
Polite with customers at the door
Valid Code 8 (B) licence, or A licence for motorbike roles

Nice if you have

Your own reliable bakkie or bike for owner-driver contracts
PrDP for staff shuttle posts
Previous courier or last-mile experience
