Job Description

Parents at this community creche in Polokwane trust you with their children every morning. This is a good step for someone who wants proper routine and a manager who notices good work.

Location: Polokwane, Limpopo. Applicants who already live in the area get looked at first.

What you'll actually do

Follow the NCF daily programme and adapt it for each age group
Help aftercare learners with homework and reading
Prepare simple, nutritious snacks and keep the kitchen hygienic
Observe each child and note milestones in their development file
Set up daily learning areas for art, blocks, reading and fantasy play
Chat to parents at drop-off and pick-up about how the day went

You'll need

ECD Level 4 or Level 5 qualification, or currently studying towards one
Clear Form 30 child protection check and police clearance
Paediatric first aid certificate
Matric
