Job Description

You'll keep the line running at a soft drink bottling plant in Kempton Park, feeding, checking and packing product all shift. It's the kind of job where doing the basics well every day gets you noticed.

You'll be based at a soft drink bottling plant in Kempton Park. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps.

What your day looks like

Check product for size, weight and seal faults and pull out rejects
Wear hairnets, beard covers and gloves in food-safe zones
Move full bins and crates to the next station with a trolley
Clean down machines and floors at the end of each run
Pack finished product into cases and stack them by batch number

What you need

No problem wearing full PPE, including ear protection
Neat, reliable and on time for shift start
Able to stand for a full shift in a noisy, warm area
You follow hygiene rules without being reminded
Grade 10 minimum, matric an advantage
Medically fit; some food plants ask for a medical check

Nice if you have

Previous work in a food or FMCG factory
NQF Level 2 manufacturing learnership completed
