Handy with a drill, a paintbrush and a tap washer? The residential security estate in Richards Bay has a list waiting for you. You'll work with a small crew, so being easy to work with matters as much as skill.

• Patch, sand and paint walls, doors and ceilings between tenants

• Keep the maintenance store tidy and track stock used

• Service pool pumps, gate motors and garage door openers

• Honest and trusted to work inside occupied units
• Grade 10 at least; matric is a plus
• Basic painting, tiling, plumbing and carpentry skills
• Available for the occasional weekend emergency

• Experience with a work order system on a phone app
• Basic first aid certificate
