Sales Rep (Beverages, Code 08)

You'll cover a route of stores around Brakpan, selling in stock and fixing shelves as you go. It's the kind of job where doing the basics well every day gets you noticed.

The site is in Brakpan; early starts mean public transport timing matters, so check your route before applying. You'll start with a short induction before working on your own.

• Pack shelves, rotate stock and remove damaged or expired lines.
• Track competitor pricing and new products in your area.
• Open new accounts with taverns, spazas and independent retailers.
• Handle returns and credit claims for damaged stock.
• Log kilometres and fuel slips for the monthly claim.
• Take orders from store managers and spaza owners on the sales app.

• You can work to daily and monthly volume targets
• A valid Code 08 (Code B) driver's licence, for rep roles
• 1 to 3 years of FMCG, merchandising or route sales experience
• Physically able to lift cases and pack shelves
• Good with people from store managers to tuck-shop owners
• You know the townships, suburbs and main roads of your area

• Your own reliable car for a car-allowance position
• A sales or marketing certificate

• Cellphone and data allowance
