Security Operations Supervisor (Retail Portfolio)

Officers look to you on every shift at a residential estate in eMalahleni. You don't need to be the loudest person in the room, just the one others can count on.

Home base is a residential estate on the eMalahleni side of Mpumalanga.

• Inspect guards on post for uniform, alertness and OB entries
• Do surprise night visits to check posts
• Plan the monthly roster to stay within legal working hours
• Run on-site training on procedures and emergency drills
• Meet the client weekly on security concerns
• Handle discipline issues fairly and keep written records

• Confident writer of incident reports and rosters
• Firm with staff but fair and consistent
• At least 3 years in security, including 1 as a supervisor
• Matric, with a security management course a plus

• Cellphone allowance
• Management training for growth to operations manager
• Company vehicle or car allowance on area roles
• Provident fund and funeral cover
