Job Description

A security company in Bellville wants a firm, fair supervisor for its retail portfolio. Good for someone who wants to build a solid track record they can put on their CV.

You'll be based at a retail portfolio in Bellville. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps.

What you'll actually do

Check that PSIRA registrations of staff on site are current
Do surprise night visits to check posts
Run on-site training on procedures and emergency drills
Handle discipline issues fairly and keep written records
Order and issue uniform, radios and torches
Plan the monthly roster to stay within legal working hours

You'll need

At least 3 years in security, including 1 as a supervisor
Confident writer of incident reports and rosters
Valid Code 8 licence and willing to drive between sites
Matric, with a security management course a plus
