Security Site Supervisor (Grade B) – Immediate Start

A security company in Durban Central wants a firm, fair supervisor for its retail portfolio. If you learn fast and don't mind being shown things twice, you'll settle in within a few weeks.

This post is Durban Central-based, with most of your time spent at a retail portfolio.

• Inspect guards on post for uniform, alertness and OB entries
• Order and issue uniform, radios and torches
• Run on-site training on procedures and emergency drills
• Post officers when the shift changes over and cover no-shows
• Meet the client weekly on security concerns

• Confident writer of incident reports and rosters
• Available after hours for emergencies
• Matric, with a security management course a plus
• Valid Code 8 licence and willing to drive between sites
• Firm with staff but fair and consistent

• Own reliable vehicle
• Computer skills for rosters in Excel or a workforce app
• Labour relations or basic supervision course

• Management training for growth to operations manager
• Provident fund and funeral cover
• Company vehicle or car allowance on area roles
• Cellphone allowance
