Security Site Supervisor (Grade B)

Officers look to you on every shift at a guarding contract across several sites in Mbombela. Bring a calm head on busy days and you'll be fine.

Location: Mbombela, Mpumalanga. Applicants who already live in the area get looked at first. Most weeks are 45 hours, in line with the BCEA.

• Run on-site training on procedures and emergency drills
• Inspect guards on post for uniform, alertness and OB entries
• Investigate incidents and write reports for the client
• Post officers when the shift changes over and cover no-shows
• Order and issue uniform, radios and torches

• Firm with staff but fair and consistent
• Valid Code 8 licence and willing to drive between sites
• PSIRA Grade B (Grade A for area manager posts)
• Available after hours for emergencies
• Matric, with a security management course a plus
• Confident writer of incident reports and rosters

• Mining or hospital security experience
• Handgun competency for armed supervisor posts

• Management training for growth to operations manager
• Provident fund and funeral cover
• Company vehicle or car allowance on area roles
