Security Site Supervisor (Grade B) – Immediate Start

Step up from guarding into supervising on a guarding contract across several sites in Sandton. This role rewards consistency more than flash.

The site is in Sandton; early starts mean public transport timing matters, so check your route before applying. You'll start with a short induction before working on your own.

• Order and issue uniform, radios and torches
• Check that PSIRA registrations of staff on site are current
• Plan the monthly roster to stay within legal working hours
• Investigate incidents and write reports for the client
• Handle discipline issues fairly and keep written records
• Run on-site training on procedures and emergency drills

• Matric, with a security management course a plus
• Confident writer of incident reports and rosters
• Firm with staff but fair and consistent
• Valid Code 8 licence and willing to drive between sites

• Labour relations or basic supervision course
• Handgun competency for armed supervisor posts

• Cellphone allowance
• Company vehicle or car allowance on area roles
• Management training for growth to operations manager
