Security Site Supervisor (Grade B)

A security company in Tembisa wants a firm, fair supervisor for its hospital complex. It's a practical job: you'll see what you got done before you go home.

This post is Tembisa-based, with most of your time spent at a hospital complex. There's a probation period of three months before the contract is confirmed.

• Run on-site training on procedures and emergency drills
• Check that PSIRA registrations of staff on site are current
• Meet the client weekly on security concerns
• Handle discipline issues fairly and keep written records
• Order and issue uniform, radios and torches

• Available after hours for emergencies
• Confident writer of incident reports and rosters
• Matric, with a security management course a plus
• PSIRA Grade B (Grade A for area manager posts)
• Firm with staff but fair and consistent

• Computer skills for rosters in Excel or a workforce app
• Mining or hospital security experience
• Own reliable vehicle
