Service Advisor (Commercial Vehicles) – Permanent

Book cars in, find the right part and keep customers informed at the multi-brand service centre in Boksburg. You don't need to be the loudest person in the room, just the one others can count on.

Home base is a multi-brand service centre on the Boksburg side of Gauteng.

• Book in vehicles, walk around with the customer and note existing damage
• Invoice completed jobs and explain the invoice at collection
• Pick, pack and issue parts to technicians against job cards
• Count stock during cycle counts and year-end stocktake
• Handle complaints calmly and find a fix with the workshop manager

• Computer literate with a dealer management system or parts software
• At least 2 years as a service advisor, parts interpreter or in a similar counter role
• Code 08 licence
• Good working knowledge of car parts and basic vehicle systems

• Brand-specific warranty system training
• Experience in a customer satisfaction survey-driven dealership

• Company uniform
• Commission on parts sales or workshop turnover
• Paid brand training
• Monthly CSI bonus for customer ratings
