Job Description

A security company in Rustenburg wants a firm, fair supervisor for its hospital complex. It's the kind of job where doing the basics well every day gets you noticed.

Home base is a hospital complex on the Rustenburg side of North West.

What you'll actually do

Run on-site training on procedures and emergency drills
Check that PSIRA registrations of staff on site are current
Meet the client weekly on security concerns
Investigate incidents and write reports for the client
Do surprise night visits to check posts

Must-haves

Firm with staff but fair and consistent
Available after hours for emergencies
Confident writer of incident reports and rosters
Matric, with a security management course a plus
PSIRA Grade B (Grade A for area manager posts)
