Store Assistant (Night Fill)

You'll keep the shelves full and tidy at a wholesale cash-and-carry in Germiston, so shoppers find what they came for. You'll work with a small crew, so being easy to work with matters as much as skill.

You'll be based at a wholesale cash-and-carry in Germiston. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps.

• Visit several stores on a merchandising route and send photos of shelves
• Unpack deliveries in the receiving area and sort by aisle
• Face products so labels point forward and gaps are filled
• Clean spills fast and put up wet-floor signs
• Collect trolleys from the parking lot
• Weigh, bag and price fruit and vegetables

• Honest, since stock losses are checked closely
• Available for weekends, month-end and public holidays
• Polite with customers and happy to help
• Able to stand and lift cases all shift
• Grade 10 or matric

• Some till or cash-handling experience
• Previous shelf packing or merchandising work
• Being 18 or older for liquor store roles

• Travel allowance on merchandising routes
• Staff discount on groceries
• Paid training in store procedures
• Chance to move into till or department roles
