Store Assistant (Night Fill)

Start in retail here: a neighbourhood supermarket in Welkom trains packers who show up and work neat. You don't need to be the loudest person in the room, just the one others can count on.

• Build promotional displays at the ends of aisles
• Visit several stores on a merchandising route and send photos of shelves
• Face products so labels point forward and gaps are filled
• Pack shelves from the back, rotating older stock to the front (first in, first out)
• Weigh, bag and price fruit and vegetables
• Collect trolleys from the parking lot
• Clean spills fast and put up wet-floor signs

• Basic reading and maths for price checks
• Polite with customers and happy to help
• Available for weekends, month-end and public holidays
• Able to stand and lift cases all shift
• Grade 10 or matric
• Neat appearance and punctual

• Paid training in store procedures
