Job Description

Shrinkage hurts every fashion retail store; in Worcester, you would be the one tracking it down. People who do well here are steady, honest and not scared to ask when something is unclear.

You'll report in Worcester. Relocation is not covered for this one. Start date: as soon as possible for the right person.

The work, day to day

Help with stock counts and point out loss hot-spots
Check receiving bay deliveries against invoices and seal numbers
Search staff bags at exit points according to store policy
Review CCTV footage to confirm suspected theft
Share trends with the store manager each week
Tag high-value stock and check security tags at the doors
Detain suspects lawfully and call SAPS, then write a statement

What you need

PSIRA registration, Grade C at least
Discreet, observant and honest
Good report writing
Matric or equivalent NQF Level 4
Able to handle confrontation calmly
