Talent Acquisition Specialist (Corporate) – Entry Level

You'll find, screen and place the right people for a specialist recruitment agency in Sandton. Someone who likes a bit of variety, but also likes doing things the right way, will enjoy this.

Location: Sandton, Gauteng. Applicants who already live in the area get looked at first. Overtime comes up in peak season and is paid.

• Negotiate offers and prepare offer letters.
• Handle candidate data in line with POPIA, including consent and deletion.
• Give every shortlisted candidate feedback, including those who did not get the job.
• Book interviews, assessments and background checks.
• Run group assessments for volume intakes of 30 to 100 people.
• Report on time-to-fill, pipeline and placement figures each week.

• A diploma or degree in HR or a related field, or strong agency experience
• At least 1 year of recruitment, sourcing or recruitment admin
• Confident on the phone with candidates and managers
• Honest about salaries, deadlines and outcomes
• Comfortable with targets for agency roles
• Skilled at LinkedIn search and job board databases

• Hybrid working
• LinkedIn Recruiter licence provided
• Commission on placements for agency roles
