Territory Sales Representative (Hardware Stores) – Entry Level

Out on the road for a dairy producer in Centurion, your car is your office and the store floor is your pitch. Expect to be trusted with real work from your first week.

Home base is a dairy producer on the Centurion side of Gauteng.

• Run in-store tastings and demos on month-end weekends.
• Set up promotional displays and check planogram compliance with photos.
• Track competitor pricing and new products in your area.
• Take orders from store managers and spaza owners on the sales app.
• Visit 8 to 15 outlets a day on a planned call cycle.
• Check shelf prices against the promo list and fix wrong tickets.
• Send your manager a daily report with volumes against target.

• 1 to 3 years of FMCG, merchandising or route sales experience
• A valid Code 08 (Code B) driver's licence, for rep roles
• Physically able to lift cases and pack shelves
• Comfortable with a smartphone sales app and WhatsApp reporting

• Existing relationships with independent retailers
• Speaking two or more local languages

• Product samples and staff pricing
• Company vehicle or car allowance plus petrol card
• Branded uniform and safety boots
