Job Description

This personal care brand needs a rep in Kathu who knows the shops, the owners and the numbers. It's a practical job: you'll see what you got done before you go home.

Home base is a personal care brand on the Kathu side of Northern Cape.

The work, day to day

Set up promotional displays and check planogram compliance with photos.
Run in-store tastings and demos on month-end weekends.
Visit 8 to 15 outlets a day on a planned call cycle.
Check shelf prices against the promo list and fix wrong tickets.
Send your manager a daily report with volumes against target.
Collect cash or EFT proof on van sales and bank daily.
Track competitor pricing and new products in your area.

Must-haves

Physically able to lift cases and pack shelves
1 to 3 years of FMCG, merchandising or route sales experience
Good with people from store managers to tuck-shop owners
You know the townships, suburbs and main roads of your area
You can work to daily and monthly volume targets
Comfortable with a smartphone sales app and WhatsApp reporting
