Territory Sales Representative (Hardware Stores)

Shelves sell the product, and at this snack and confectionery wholesaler you'll keep them full, neat and priced right. This role rewards consistency more than flash.

You'll report in Pinetown. Relocation is not covered for this one. Shifts rotate, so you'll need to be flexible about days and nights.

• Visit 8 to 15 outlets a day on a planned call cycle.
• Check shelf prices against the promo list and fix wrong tickets.
• Send your manager a daily report with volumes against target.
• Handle returns and credit claims for damaged stock.
• Open new accounts with taverns, spazas and independent retailers.
• Run in-store tastings and demos on month-end weekends.

• You can work to daily and monthly volume targets
• 1 to 3 years of FMCG, merchandising or route sales experience
• A valid Code 08 (Code B) driver's licence, for rep roles
• Comfortable with a smartphone sales app and WhatsApp reporting
• Physically able to lift cases and pack shelves

• Existing relationships with independent retailers
• A sales or marketing certificate
• Your own reliable car for a car-allowance position

• Company vehicle or car allowance plus petrol card
• Cellphone and data allowance
• Monthly commission on volume and new accounts
• Branded uniform and safety boots
