Job Description

Retail in Johannesburg CBD runs on thin margins, and a fashion retail store needs someone guarding its stock. This role rewards consistency more than flash.

The work is in Johannesburg CBD, Gauteng, so you'll need a reliable way to get there every day. Most weeks are 45 hours, in line with the BCEA.

What your day looks like

Check receiving bay deliveries against invoices and seal numbers
Review CCTV footage to confirm suspected theft
Record every incident with photos, times and value of goods
Search staff bags at exit points according to store policy
Help with stock counts and point out loss hot-spots

What you need

Discreet, observant and honest
Good report writing
PSIRA registration, Grade C at least
Able to handle confrontation calmly
