Voice-Picking Warehouse Assistant – Experienced

This is steady, physical warehouse work at a pharmaceutical warehouse in Brakpan, and nobody minds if it's your first job. Expect to be trusted with real work from your first week.

This post is in Brakpan (Gauteng). Please only apply if you can travel there daily.

• Pick orders from pick slips or a handheld scanner, bin by bin
• Pack cartons, add fillers and seal them with tape guns
• Scan every item so the system shows the right stock count
• Stack finished orders on pallets and stretch-wrap them tight
• Replenish empty pick faces from overstock racking

• You're fit enough to lift boxes up to 25kg all shift
• Clean criminal record (most warehouses run a check)
• Grade 10 or higher; matric preferred
• South African ID or a valid work permit

• Experience in a cold-chain or freezer environment
• Previous picking experience with a handheld RF scanner

• Permanent appointment for reliable temps after peak season
• Overtime paid at time-and-a-half on weekdays
• Chance to be trained on forklift after probation
• Staff canteen with subsidised meals

• Say clearly that you can work nights and weekends. Peak-season hiring goes to people who are available.
• If you have done any stock counts, packing or even shelf work before, list it first. It shows you already know how to handle stock.
