Voice-Picking Warehouse Assistant

You'll keep a busy building-supplies depot in Mbombela stocked, picked and moving out on time. If you turn up on time and finish what you start, you'll fit in quickly.

You'll report in Mbombela. Relocation is not covered for this one. Most weeks are 45 hours, in line with the BCEA.

• Pack cartons, add fillers and seal them with tape guns
• Report damaged, short or expired items to the shift supervisor
• Scan every item so the system shows the right stock count
• Unpack returned parcels and sort them into resell or write-off
• Wear thermal gear and rotate in and out of freezer zones on schedule

• Clean criminal record (most warehouses run a check)
• Grade 10 or higher; matric preferred
• South African ID or a valid work permit
• Happy to work shifts, weekends and public holidays in peak season
• Punctual, with reliable transport home after late shifts

• Overtime paid at time-and-a-half on weekdays
• Chance to be trained on forklift after probation
• Permanent appointment for reliable temps after peak season
