Waiter / Waitress (Evening Shift) – Permanent

You'll look after tables at a busy mall coffee shop in Mbombela, from the first greeting to the final bill. It suits someone who likes knowing exactly what a good day's work looks like.

The work is in Mbombela, Mpumalanga, so you'll need a reliable way to get there every day. The first two weeks are spent shadowing someone experienced.

• Mix cocktails, pour draught and serve shooters to spec at the bar.
• Pull espresso shots and steam milk for flat whites and cappuccinos.
• Check back two minutes after mains land and fix problems on the spot.
• Carry plates to the right seat without auctioning food at the table.
• Explain specials, allergens and wine pairings in plain words.

• You speak clear English and can chat easily with guests
