Warehouse Packer (Seasonal Peak)

This is steady, physical warehouse work at a building-supplies depot in Ballito, and nobody minds if it's your first job. Someone who likes a bit of variety, but also likes doing things the right way, will enjoy this.

Home base is a building-supplies depot on the Ballito side of KwaZulu-Natal. Hours are mostly Monday to Friday, with the odd Saturday in busy months.

• Scan every item so the system shows the right stock count
• Move pallets with a hand pallet jack to the dispatch lane
• Count stock during weekly cycle counts and month-end stock takes
• Wear thermal gear and rotate in and out of freezer zones on schedule
• Pack cartons, add fillers and seal them with tape guns

• Punctual, with reliable transport home after late shifts
• Happy to work shifts, weekends and public holidays in peak season
• Willing to wear safety boots, a reflector vest and gloves
• Grade 10 or higher; matric preferred
• You can read product codes and count accurately

• Previous picking experience with a handheld RF scanner
• A valid forklift or reach truck certificate

• Staff canteen with subsidised meals

• Overtime paid at time-and-a-half on weekdays
