Warehouse Picker (Night Shift)

This is steady, physical warehouse work at an online grocery fulfilment hub in Gqeberha, and nobody minds if it's your first job. Good for someone who wants to build a solid track record they can put on their CV.

You'll be based at an online grocery fulfilment hub in Gqeberha. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps. There's a probation period of three months before the contract is confirmed.

• Wear thermal gear and rotate in and out of freezer zones on schedule
• Count stock during weekly cycle counts and month-end stock takes
• Replenish empty pick faces from overstock racking
• Stack finished orders on pallets and stretch-wrap them tight
• Unpack returned parcels and sort them into resell or write-off
• Report damaged, short or expired items to the shift supervisor
• Scan every item so the system shows the right stock count

• Clean criminal record (most warehouses run a check)
• Happy to work shifts, weekends and public holidays in peak season
• South African ID or a valid work permit
• You can read product codes and count accurately

• Permanent appointment for reliable temps after peak season
• Chance to be trained on forklift after probation
• Overtime paid at time-and-a-half on weekdays
