Job Description

Good service at a beachfront cocktail bar in Lephalale starts with you: friendly, quick and on top of every order. Bring a calm head on busy days and you'll be fine.

This post is in Lephalale (Limpopo). Please only apply if you can travel there daily.

What your day looks like

Restock the bar fridges and help with the weekly stock count.
Mix cocktails, pour draught and serve shooters to spec at the bar.
Refuse service to anyone under 18 or visibly drunk, as the Liquor Act requires.
Check back two minutes after mains land and fix problems on the spot.
Clear, wipe and reset tables fast during the Friday and Sunday rush.

Must-haves

Quick with basic maths and card machines
At least 6 months of waitering, bar or coffee shop experience
Own transport or a safe way home after late shifts
You speak clear English and can chat easily with guests
