Job Description

Night or day, a remote video monitoring centre in Isando never switches off, and neither does your focus on shift. It suits someone who likes knowing exactly what a good day's work looks like.

Location: Isando, Gauteng. Applicants who already live in the area get looked at first.

What you'll actually do

Hand over open incidents clearly at shift change
Keep call-out times and client passwords up to date
Dispatch the nearest response vehicle over the radio
Talk down intruders over on-site speakers when the system allows
Log every event and action on the monitoring software

What you need

Matric
PSIRA registration, Grade C or higher
Clear speaking voice on radio and phone
Able to stay focused through 12-hour day and night shifts

Nice if you have

Experience on a CCTV or alarm monitoring platform
Call centre work in the past

On offer

Training on the monitoring software
