Alarm Monitoring Controller (Night Shift)

You'll watch the screens and radios at a shopping mall security office in Middelburg (MP), and send help the moment something is wrong. People who do well here are steady, honest and not scared to ask when something is unclear.

• Log every event and action on the monitoring software
• Report camera faults and offline sites to the technicians
• Track stolen vehicles on the map and guide recovery teams
• Monitor live CCTV feeds and zoom in on suspicious movement
• Hand over open incidents clearly at shift change
• Pull and save video footage for incident investigations
• Keep call-out times and client passwords up to date

• Good memory for sites, streets and procedures
• Clear speaking voice on radio and phone
• Able to stay focused through 12-hour day and night shifts
• Computer literate and quick on a keyboard
