Alarm Monitoring Controller (Night Shift) – Immediate Start

You'll watch the screens and radios at an armed response control room in Sasolburg, and send help the moment something is wrong. It's the kind of job where doing the basics well every day gets you noticed.

The work is in Sasolburg, Free State, so you'll need a reliable way to get there every day. Start date: as soon as possible for the right person.

• Log every event and action on the monitoring software
• Dispatch the nearest response vehicle over the radio
• Track stolen vehicles on the map and guide recovery teams
• Keep call-out times and client passwords up to date
• Answer alarm signals and phone clients to verify them
• Monitor live CCTV feeds and zoom in on suspicious movement

• Able to stay focused through 12-hour day and night shifts
• PSIRA registration, Grade C or higher
• Computer literate and quick on a keyboard
• Clear speaking voice on radio and phone
• Good memory for sites, streets and procedures

• Training on the monitoring software
• Path to senior controller or supervisor
• Indoor, air-conditioned work environment
• Shift allowance for nights
