Job Description

You'll answer alarms across a farming district in Atlantis in a marked vehicle, armed and ready. If you turn up on time and finish what you start, you'll fit in quickly.

Location: Atlantis, Western Cape. Applicants who already live in the area get looked at first.

What you'll actually do

Secure a scene until SAPS arrives and hand over details
Respond to alarm and panic signals sent by the control room
Check the firearm in and out of the safe at shift start and end
Carry out visible patrols through the sector between call-outs
Drive the response vehicle safely at speed to client addresses
Write detailed incident reports on the tablet or in the vehicle logbook

What you need

Valid Code 8 or Code 10 licence with at least 2 years driving
Clean criminal record and no pending cases
At least 2 years in guarding or response
Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts
