Job Description

You'll answer alarms across a farming district in Klerksdorp in a marked vehicle, armed and ready. It's a practical job: you'll see what you got done before you go home.

This post is Klerksdorp-based, with most of your time spent at a farming district.

What your day looks like

Check the firearm in and out of the safe at shift start and end
Secure a scene until SAPS arrives and hand over details
Respond to alarm and panic signals sent by the control room
Drive the response vehicle safely at speed to client addresses
Write detailed incident reports on the tablet or in the vehicle logbook

Must-haves

Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts
SAPS firearm competency certificate for handguns (and shotgun if required)
Calm under pressure and physically fit
Clean criminal record and no pending cases
