Job Description

Clients trust your advice at this personal injury and medical negligence firm in Germiston, so it has to be sound and practical. You don't need to be the loudest person in the room, just the one others can count on.

This post is Germiston-based, with most of your time spent at a personal injury and medical negligence firm. Start is planned for the beginning of next month.

What your day looks like

Brief counsel and prepare them for trial and opposed motions
Keep trust account instructions and fee notes accurate
Manage a portfolio of litigation or advisory matters on your own
Review company processes for POPIA and privacy compliance
Draft and review contracts, shareholder agreements and legal opinions

What you need

Able to manage client relationships without a senior in the room
Sound judgement under deadline pressure
At least 2 years of post-admission experience in the relevant field
LLB and admission as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa
