Job Description

Guests at this busy mall coffee shop in Boksburg come back for the people, and you'll be one of the reasons. It's a practical job: you'll see what you got done before you go home.

This post is Boksburg-based, with most of your time spent at a busy mall coffee shop.

What your day looks like

Clear, wipe and reset tables fast during the Friday and Sunday rush.
Take orders on the POS tablet and read them back to avoid kitchen mistakes.
Set tables, polish cutlery and glasses, and check condiments before doors open.
Pull espresso shots and steam milk for flat whites and cappuccinos.
Split bills, process card payments and handle tip-outs at the end of shift.

Must-haves

Own transport or a safe way home after late shifts
Quick with basic maths and card machines
At least 6 months of waitering, bar or coffee shop experience
Happy to work nights, weekends and public holidays
