You'll look after tables at a wine farm restaurant in Pretoria West, from the first greeting to the final bill. If you like clear targets and knowing where you stand, this is for you.

• Take orders on the POS tablet and read them back to avoid kitchen mistakes.
• Split bills, process card payments and handle tip-outs at the end of shift.
• Explain specials, allergens and wine pairings in plain words.
• Refuse service to anyone under 18 or visibly drunk, as the Liquor Act requires.
• Clear, wipe and reset tables fast during the Friday and Sunday rush.
• Set tables, polish cutlery and glasses, and check condiments before doors open.
• Mix cocktails, pour draught and serve shooters to spec at the bar.
