Good service at a wine farm restaurant in Tzaneen starts with you: friendly, quick and on top of every order. You'll work with a small crew, so being easy to work with matters as much as skill.

Home base is a wine farm restaurant on the Tzaneen side of Limpopo. You'll start with a short induction before working on your own.

• Mix cocktails, pour draught and serve shooters to spec at the bar.
• Refuse service to anyone under 18 or visibly drunk, as the Liquor Act requires.
• Clear, wipe and reset tables fast during the Friday and Sunday rush.
• Greet guests, seat them and hand over menus within a minute of arrival.
• Pull espresso shots and steam milk for flat whites and cappuccinos.
• Restock the bar fridges and help with the weekly stock count.
• Carry plates to the right seat without auctioning food at the table.
