Job Description

Buyers and sellers are waiting on your file at a general practice with a property department in Tzaneen, and every step counts. Expect to be trusted with real work from your first week.

Home base is a general practice with a property department on the Tzaneen side of Limpopo.

What you'll actually do

  • Request rates clearance and levy clearance figures from councils and body corporates
  • Book signing appointments and explain costs to buyers and sellers
  • Fix Deeds Office rejection notes quickly and relodge
  • Lodge documents at the Deeds Office and track them through examination
  • Prepare final statements of account and pay out on registration
  • Open transfer files from signed offers to purchase and check the terms
  • Request bond cancellation figures and guarantees from banks

What you need

  • At least 2 years of conveyancing or bond work
  • Admission as a conveyancer for conveyancer posts
  • Knowledge of bank panel instruction portals and LAWtrust digital signing
  • Matric, with a conveyancing course for secretary posts
