Branch Service Consultant (Insurance Walk-In) – Experienced

Customers bring their problems to your counter at a mall cellular store in Brackenfell, and leave with answers. Someone who likes a bit of variety, but also likes doing things the right way, will enjoy this.

You'll report in Brackenfell. Relocation is not covered for this one. Shifts rotate, so you'll need to be flexible about days and nights.

• Greet customers, find out what they need and manage the queue ticket system.
• Book repairs and warranty claims and give customers a reference number.
• Process returns, exchanges and credit notes under the Consumer Protection Act.
• Log complaints and pass them to the store or branch manager.
• Update customer details and file signed forms for audit.
• Do SIM swaps and RICA registrations with proper ID checks.

• Accurate with cash and paperwork
• You can stay polite with a long queue watching
• Good on a computer and point-of-sale system
• Retail hours, including Saturdays, Sundays and month-end
• Presentable and approachable with all kinds of customers
• Retail or customer service experience of at least a year

• RICA and cellular product knowledge
• Speaking the main local language of your area
