Branch Service Consultant (Insurance Walk-In) – Immediate Start

The work is in Fourways, Gauteng, so you'll need a reliable way to get there every day. There's a probation period of three months before the contract is confirmed.

• Take payments, balance your till and bank cash at close.
• Log complaints and pass them to the store or branch manager.
• Process returns, exchanges and credit notes under the Consumer Protection Act.
• Call customers when repairs or orders are ready to collect.
• Update customer details and file signed forms for audit.
• Do SIM swaps and RICA registrations with proper ID checks.

• Matric (Grade 12) certificate
• Retail or customer service experience of at least a year
• Retail hours, including Saturdays, Sundays and month-end
• Good on a computer and point-of-sale system
• Accurate with cash and paperwork
• You can stay polite with a long queue watching

• Medical scheme or insurance product knowledge
• Speaking the main local language of your area
