Job Description

This insurance branch in Mahikeng needs someone friendly who can fix account problems while the queue moves. People who do well here are steady, honest and not scared to ask when something is unclear.

This post is Mahikeng-based, with most of your time spent at an insurance branch. Overtime comes up in peak season and is paid.

What your day looks like

Greet customers, find out what they need and manage the queue ticket system.
Call customers when repairs or orders are ready to collect.
Do SIM swaps and RICA registrations with proper ID checks.
Process returns, exchanges and credit notes under the Consumer Protection Act.
Log complaints and pass them to the store or branch manager.
Update customer details and file signed forms for audit.
Upsell contract upgrades, accessories or cover when it fits the customer.

Must-haves

Presentable and approachable with all kinds of customers
You can stay polite with a long queue watching
Retail or customer service experience of at least a year
Accurate with cash and paperwork

RICA and cellular product knowledge
